19 prisons were scheduled to be closed in Netherlands. This is caused, in part, by a continued decline in crime rates. Additionally, those who are convicted are choosing electronic tagging instead of incarceration. This allows people to go back to work and continue as productive members of society. It also saves about $50,000 per year per person (about $50 million saved per year for every 1000 people).Johnson County and the Netherlands have something in common. The average incarceration rate in the Netherlands is about 163 people per 100,000. (Source) In Johnson County, we have about the same rate of incarceration – slightly lower.Counties and countries with low incarceration rates typically take a different approach to criminal justice and their investment in social services. In the Netherlands, for example, the focus is on “deterring and mitigating crime”as well as “sanctioning those who violate laws with … rehabilitation efforts.” (Source)This is similar to the approach taken in Johnson County with jail alternatives andinvesting in local social services. The county recently invested approximately $2.3 million into a portfolio of local organisations that have demonstrated a history of success with improving the quality of life in Johnson County. While progressive drug laws in the Netherlands may be partially the reason for a decline in arrests, other social factors are also at work. This points to crime reduction through changing social behaviour as a key to reducing incarceration — rather than just changing the laws or telling police to stop arresting people as a method for artificially creating the perception that there’s less crime.

The Nigerian Senate, on Tuesday, dumped President Muhammadu Buhari’s 2016-2018 External Borrowing Rolling Plan request of N29.96 billion.

The request was rejected immediately the Senate convened for the day’s business. Leader of the Senate, Senator Ali Ndume moved a motion that the request be considered.

He was supported by the Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha. President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki thereafter, put the question forward whether or not the request should be debated.

When it was put to a voice vote, almost every Senator who was present, shouted ‘nay’. Not certain, Saraki again called for another voice vote. Lawmakers again thundered ‘nay’. Saraki thereafter ruled in favour of those who voted against the loan request.

A lawmaker who spoke to Ripples Nigeria, explained why the request was rejected: “The President in the letter said there was an attachment containing the breakdown of the external loan request. But there is no attachment. President Buhari did not attach the breakdown. There is no way we can consider such a request.

“Secondly, the president has not sent Federal Government’s 2016-2018 borrowing plan to the Senate. That ought to have been sent first for consideration and passage before this request. If we consider this request, how do we do that? These are the obvious reasons. There is no political undertone here.”

Last week Tuesday, President Buhari forwarded a request to both chambers of the National Assembly to approve his request to borrow $29.96 billion to finance projects cut across all sectors with special emphasis on infrastructure, agriculture, health, education, water supply, growth and employment generation, poverty reduction through safety net programmes and governance, as well as financial management reforms.

Please i need you to be a bit patient and read this through.

Recently, i stumbled on a programe and believe me, its one of the best i've come across in the networking society. Personally, i dont fancy all those as i've come across a lot and i feel its better for me to invest my cash into a business that will yield profit than put it into something with the return being uncertain. Until i came across this wonderful platform to make something big.

This is a great and unique opportunity in RIIAB networking business. All u need to start is just N400

    This is how it works....

RIIAB means Residual Income In A Box
It's a system with Member to Member Payment. That means it is a direct payment scheme to personal accounts and not to any third party or admin or internet site.

All you need to be part of it is just N400 only. You pay it to the bank account of the person that referred you to the business. That person is the one that will approve your registration after receiving alert of your payment to his/her bank account

When the 4 person join under you, your total earning is N1,600

You will then use N800 to upgrade to level 2.

This time the upgrading money goes to the upline of your upline. On receiving the alert of your payment, he/she will now approve your request to upgrade to level 2

In level 2, you earn all the level 2 upgrades of the people in your level 2. They are the downlines of your 4 downlines. They are 16 people in number and they will pay N800 each to your own bank account. The total is N12,800

You will now use N4,000 out of the money to upgrade to level 3. You pay your level 3 upgrade money to the bank account of your level 3 upline up.
Dont bother about this, the system will always show u the person u'll pay any upgrade fee to...together with his/her phone number and bank details

At level 3, you earn a total of N256,000
Out of that money, you will take about N20,000and upgrade to level 4. Once the alert of your payment of level 4 is received, your upline who received it will now approve it for you.

At level 4, you earn a total of N5,120,000

The program ends at level 4.
If you are serious to work on this, you can generate a total of over N5.12million within few months.

    REMEMBER:
You need Just four people to work with and the four people also get their own four people and continues...

    In summary:

    level 1 = 4 people
    level 2 = 16 People
    level 3 = 64 People
    level 4 = 256 People

    upgrading fee on each level
    level 1= N400
    level 2= N800
    level 3= N4,000
    level 4= N20,000

    Your income on each level
    level 1= #1,600
    level 2= #12,800
    level 3= #256,000
    level 4= #5,120,000

Very cool right? Now this is where an idea came in. An idea that can help us all get to those higher levels as soon as possible.

I want to create another organisation in an existing organisation. What do i mean by that?
I want to create a forum with people of like minds. Now instead of inviting just four downlines which the system wants, we would work on inviting as more as possible so we can easily add them to our downlines. In a nutshell, we are going to be helping ourselves grow and attain those higher levels.

Dont forget Risk takers are the ones who rule the World.. Just #400..

God bless you much! See you at the top!!

Toyota Motor Corp. expects hybrid cars to make up 20 percent of its total vehicle sales in India by 2020 from less than 2 percent today, a senior company official told Reuters.Toyota, which already sells the Camry hybrid in India, plans to introduce hybrid technology in models like the Corolla and Prius sedans and could introduce it for sport-utility vehicles and multi-purpose vehicles, Akito Tachibana, managing director of Toyota's India business said on Wednesday. The Japanese carmaker also plans to work with its low-cost car-making division,Daihatsu, to develop clean fuel technology vehicles for emerging markets like India, Tachibana said, where affordability is an issue. The development costs of hybrid vehicles means they are out of reach for a vast majority of India's first-time car buyers, which then makes it difficult for carmakers to achieve the volumes needed to bring down the price. For instance, Toyota's Camry hybrid is priced starting at 3.3 million rupees ($47,932), about 15 times the price of a petrol variant of one of India's top-selling small cars.

Toyota will work to increase the amount of components it sources from the Indian domestic market to bring down the overall cost of manufacturing hybrids, Tachibana said.Several Indian cities have high levels of air pollution partly caused by automobiles. Earlier this month, New Delhi shut schools, put construction projects on hold and advised people to stay indoors as part of an "emergency" plan to deal with dangerous levels of air pollution. Authorities in New Delhi also began revoking licenses for diesel vehicles more than 15 years old which could remove as many as 200,000 cars from the city's roads. Late last year, the country's top court banned the sale of large diesel cars in New Delhi."We think that hybrid and plug-in hybrid technology is the best solution in India," Tachibana said, adding that this clean fuel technology is also needed to meet India's stricter emission and fuel efficiency norms starting in 2017.Toyota's sales in India rose about 3 percent in the first seven months of the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2017, compared with the same period a year ago, according to India's auto industry body the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers.

The number of Toyota vehicles sold for that period was 83,633, according to auto industry body data and Toyota's market share was 5 percent.Total passenger vehicle sales in India rose 11 percent over the same period to 1.77 million. ($1= 68.8473 Indian rupees)
