Can someone kindly explain how Uber's means of transportation works exactly? Also, is it any better or more beneficial than traditional taxi's and other means of transportation in Nigeria specifically Lagos state? Thanks.

Do you have any experience with Uber? @gbonigeria

There might be many yardsticks we can use to judge. Is it in call rate, network issues and data rate. I personally think in terms of call rates, etisalat is very high. They charge exorbitantly high rates. I wonder if they're still doing 20 kobo per second. Their Data plans, Eazy Blaze is so fast, but this burns your data faster. I think the speed is not meant to benefit the user, but Etisalat itself, so that data runs out faster. I had once subscribed to N2000 naira 3.5 GB monthly plan, and it got exhausted in 2 days. Finally Etisalat call drops is minimal. Overall i'll give them a downvote, and i don't think they're the best telecom network provider in Nigeria.
